At HungerPains Society, every piece is crafted with purpose and pride. We stand for quality, authenticity, and resilience, and we want you to feel that same energy in every order.

If something doesn’t meet your expectations, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

🧾 Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags attached.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  • Custom embroidery, limited-edition, or sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


🔁 Exchanges

If you received the wrong size or product, we’ll gladly exchange it for the correct one (subject to availability).

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email notification.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • If your return doesn’t meet the eligibility requirements, we’ll send it back to you.

📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.
